After four years of work, a novel comes to life

SACO – Thinking about it now, it’s hard for me to believe that I started working on my novel four years ago, and this past week, I sent the final edits to the publisher for review. With any kind of luck, I’ll see a printed, proof copy of the book within a few weeks. One more read-thru and then it will be ready for printing.

I am apologizing now, but for the next year or so, I hope to speak steadily about the book, the soldiers who inspired it, and the process of writing a novel. I hope I don’t annoy you too much with my constant chatter.

It seems like I have dreamed for years of doing this type of work, and now it’s becoming a reality, but I realize the publication of Homecoming: A Soldier’s Story of  Loyalty, Courage, and Redemption would not have happened without the love and support of my family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you. To my friend Russ, thank you for your service, your patience, and most of all, for sharing your stories with me.

If you would like to pre-order the book, you may do so using the publisher’s website. (BrysonTaylorPublishing – Homecoming)

But more than anything, I wanted to say thank you and share a copy of the book cover. Follow me on social media for updates and any speaking schedules.

Thanks again and drop me a note.
